Besides the standard units, which you can find on our website, we are
offering also Sole-Cleaning Units and special cleaning units for the industry,
according to your requirements at your company. In that case, with great
pleasure we visit you at your work to be able to present you our quotation
accordingly.
Speed is no witchcraft
Once you've chosen your model from our website and we have received your
order, it is possible to dispatch most models on the same day. Models
with special lacquering or special equipment are normally deliverable
between 8 to 10 days. For sole cleaning units and the cleaning units for
the industry we, jointly, agree upon a delivery rate in accordance with
your project.
We will never forget
you
When you are using our products, our work is not yet finished. For our
shoe shine machines we have the extraordinary long guarantee period of
3 years. We confirm, that all spare parts, belonging to our shoe shine
machines, are available for you within a period of 20 years after buying
the machine so that it is always possible for you to buy new spare parts
and replace the damaged parts within such a long period. For all other
products we have a guarantee period of one year. During our guarantee
period we will replace all spare parts without invoicing, which are damaged
because of faults, which we have made during production. Faults, which
occur because of improper handling, are not a case of our guarantee obligations.
All of our products have a long life, if they are treated properly. In case you need spare parts nevertheless, we are able to send them to you on the same day. For all of our products we will deliver detailed operating manuals. On demand we also have spare parts lists and installation drawings.
